Code of Ethics & Professional Boundaries

My work is grounded in strong ethical practice, professional integrity, and deep respect for client safety. Both my Nervous System Regulation sessions and Intimacy Coaching are non-touch somatic practices. The focus of my work is on body awareness, nervous system education, guided practices, communication frameworks, and relational exploration not physical touch.

On rare occasions, supportive touch (such as a steadying hand for reassurance or grounding) may be therapeutically appropriate. If this were ever considered, it would only occur:

  • With clear, informed consent

  • After discussion about what feels safe and appropriate

  • With the client maintaining full choice and the ability to decline

Consent is ongoing, collaborative, and can be withdrawn at any time.

I am committed to creating a space that is trauma-informed, diversity-aware, and centred on nervous system safety. My role is to facilitate awareness and provide tools — always within clear professional boundaries that protect the wellbeing and autonomy of every client. Safety, consent, and respect are the foundation of this work.

I am registered with the Somatic Sex Educators Association (SSEAA) and participate in regular professional supervision to ensure safe, ethical and effective practice. Click here for the link to the Code of Ethics I follow.
